I came across your blog one day & saw the picture of you in the green flannel with a Mountain Dew & a Marlboro and it looked like you were at lunchtime in highschool. Oh the deja vu! Jessica, if you need any comfort, you can turn to me, as well. You helped me so much recently, and I DID talk to myself in the mirror like you told me to. It was weird at first, but it helped. You told me to tell myself " It's going to be ok, you deserve good things."
I want you to do this also. Because you were right that it helped.
